Such a really really nice stay of our best short holidays. Small family run hotel with modern design. Stunning, beautiful location close enough to walk to the beach. Based next to Falmouth/Penryn or Truro, quiet beaches, and Falmouth and the mouth of theHelford River.

Had very nice stay especially in night and the weather was warm. Views of the sea were absolutely fabulous, the room was modern and airy. The location was secluded, amazing far away from everything on a winding cornish lane. Further, it was very close to lovely beach, Falmouth for, and other restaurants in the area.

Enjoyed the place, had a very enjoyable stay especially in night. The room was functional & modern with a really comfortable large bed. The staff was very attentive and attentive and catered to my every need. Magnificent location, the free parking was available. It took only 15 minutes to walk to Maenporth Beach bus stop.

The breakfast with fried bread, additional salmon plus a fantastic view is lovely for what is offered. Everyone who works in the hotel is exceptionally nice and exceptional. The location is beautiful and good, 4 km from a jungle-like oasis.

Had a peaceful 1 night-stay from the moment I checked-in. The staff were all exceptional and amazingly nice. The restaurant was exceptional with garden view and sea view here, I had freshly cooked dishes. The hotel was in a marvellous and gorgeous location close to a cove and a river. Cafés and pubs were close to the place.
Well, Wi-Fi was quite slow.

hotel was overlooking the coast, relaxing experience. we really enjoyed the views here that were wonderful. moreover, bonus was free wifi. it was very close to maenporth. the restaurant had freshly cooked food.
